USELESS !!!

I Have an account that i have been paying off with MBD they have asked me on numerous occasions to set up a debit order as it will also bring down my costs as there will be no more phone calls or sms's, explained debit orders worried me but i would go ahead, i also explained our salary dates vary so to please set up the debit order for the 28th of every month to be safe, so this is now the first month MBD just go and take the money on the 23rd when i call them they tell me they put a track and trace on, i can understand if money goes in they can deduct but you cant go and take the last of someones money that they need to get them through till pay day, this is a dam cheek, whats the point of setting up a debit order date ????? MBD do not know what your commitments are ! They want to encourage you to do debit orders and for us to pay on time but then they do this ? I will be cancelling my debit order, this is ********* & im sure this is against the consumer act ! when asked if they could track only from the 25th i was told No ! So you've taken the last of my money i need to get me through until the 25th im so fed up of collection agencies like MBD, you literally destroy people !
