USELESS

Request to take my number off their system , which was used by my deceased mother a couple of months back to call MBD as she had no airtime and now they keep calling it (my son is now using this number and he is 17) and the request to remove the number has not been acknowledged or processed. MDB even keeps calling my deceased mothers number even after informing them of her death which happened on 26 March 2025. This business should be burnt to the ground, they have no system that can capture requests to remove a number (that is not owned by my deceased mother) unless you use there stupid form, useless
