Hi, my RCS account no. *** is subject of the ********** illicit transactions. I filed all requested documents 3 monts ago in order that investigation to be conducted, by your ***** department, without any resolution so far. I telephonically communicated with one of your consultants, one Waleed on 14.11.2022 about 11:10 h when he promised to escalate the case, so far without any results. This issue is very serious and didn't receive any proper attention. Kindly follow up on this matter and report back to me ASAP, Mike MV
