Urgent paid to date letter

I paid directly at the store for both my accounts and need a paid to date letter confirming account is up to date.

I don't seem to understand why it is difficult to get a up to date letter, this query has been going on for 5 days now, I sent an email to *** but still no reply and when phoning I am told the call center doesn't answer the phone.
