Urgent Assistance Required Regarding Account Discrepancy and Harassment by Consultants

Dear MBD Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration and seek urgent assistance regarding a long-standing issue with my account(s) with MBD.

According to your records, I have two accounts under my name. However, I have verified that only one account is active on my credit report. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter, I have been unable to get a satisfactory resolution.

I have been in contact with Mr. Mboneni Mnguni regarding this issue. Unfortunately, my efforts to communicate with him have been largely unsuccessful as he is frequently unavailable, working from home, or on leave. As a result, I have not made any meaningful progress.

Moreover, I have been receiving incessant and disturbing calls from your consultants who are not only rude but also threaten me, accusing me of lying about my payments. This behavior is unacceptable and has caused me significant distress.

I request your immediate intervention to:

Clarify and rectify the discrepancy regarding the accounts. Ensure that I am only held responsible for the active account reflected on my credit report. Address the inappropriate and threatening behavior of your consultants. I would appreciate it if you could assign a dedicated representative to handle this matter promptly and provide me with clear communication and resolution.
