Update credit bureau as closed
I paid up an Old Mutual Finance account on the 25th of October 2021 and received a paid up letter dated 4 November 2021 from MBD. I was informed that you will be updating all credit bureau however til today all the credit bureau still show that I have an account which is in arrears. Does MBD not understand that this has a negative effect on my profile? I have checked with Transunion, Experian, XDS, Consumer Profile Bureau and Vericred Credit Bureau and I was told that MBD has the legal responsibility to update my account and state that it has been closed with a zero balance. 3 months later you have not done it. Update my account as closed with a zero balance!!!!!!!!!!!

20 Jan 2022, 17:22 Donald Msiza and Zukiswa Kholeka Moyo keep ignoring my messages on email and whatsapp. Is this how you provide service? By ignoring clients? I've been asking for assistance and nobody is assisting me

21 Jan 2022, 16:13MBD has the responsibility to update my profile within 60 days according to the NCAA, the excuse you are giving is not what I'm looking for. What I want to know is when will the updated information be sent to the credit bureau by MBD? What the credit bureau does with that and that they get innumerable requests is not for you to use as an excuse to deflect from the fact that you have not sent my paid up letter to the credit bureau within the stipulated timeframe. Do you think the credit bureau would not have updated my information by now had you sent the paid up letter on time instead of always waiting for complaints from clients? Why is MBD so ***********? Have you noticed your complaint ratio for a change and ask yourselves what you are doing wrong instead of giving stupid excuses?
The question again, when will the paid up letter be sent to the credit bureau?
