Unsolicited Calls
I am being harassed by up to 10 calls a day for someone else. I have repeatedly told your agents this is the wrong number, yet the calls continue.
This unauthorised use of my data violates POPIA. Remove my number from all your systems immediately. If the calls do not stop, I will escalate this matter to the Information Regulator."
