Unsatisfied customer

have had it with mbd pathetic service, i called for a settlement amount and was given a discount which was paid in full (account paid up). I specifically questioned the consultant I was dealing with whether there would be any other amounts I need to pay and was told the settlement is the amount I need to pay in order to get a paid up letter which I still haven't received. Instead they sending me emails saying I have monies outstanding. I refuse ? to pay any other monies, and if anybody needs to pay that money it needs to be the consultant that made the arrangement and not giving me the proper information. So mbd do yourselves a favor go listen to the recording and please write off that amount you say is outstanding for me as I'm not going to pay that money. Thank you for your unprofessional service.
