Unreliable false promise

I had an account with truworths account which I didn't pay due to money problems they ended up handing me over to the MBD LC attorneys I did pay the money and I finished they said they will send me a Settlement latter in 24 hours via email I haven't received the later till today I called them twice this month of June reminding them but they did not and now I am applying for a house they want the settlement latter which I have not received the process of buying the house has stopped cause of this latter please help they
