Unreliable Contact Details

A lady by the name of Thandiwe phoned looking for my dad, when she left a contactable number she provided a fax number instead of a telephone line number. Their contact number that's listed on their website is constantly saying you are number 6 on the list and ends up dropping the call when you are thinking you are on number 1. This is really frustrating because my dad cannot get hold of them. The next thing they keep on phoning on my phone and when I pick up they drop the call. How professional is that?
