UNPROFFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR

Last year I was handed over by Standard Bank to Brooks and Luyt Attorneys for two of my outstanding accounts( Overdraft and Revolving Loan ) . In September I was able settled the Overdraft via a 20% discount (Brooks and Luyt sent me the settlement letter )<br> <br> To my surprise this year MBD I keep receiving sms's stating that I have an amount that is in arrears with Std Bank ( For the same account that I settled last year) . I explained to them in more than 3 occasions that the said account was settled last year. I even sent proof of payment to their queries email and to one of their supervisors [Email Removed]<br> <br> To date I have not received any acknowledgement from their side. However the threatening letters and sms's keep pouring in. I have called Std Bank and Brooks and Luty and they confirmed that the said account was settled last year .<br> <br> To be frank I am really annoyed , it took a lot for me to settle that account ! and I will not tolerate groundless requests for payment. Std Bank has confirmed that the account was settled. Who is MBD representing then? MBD needs to sort this!!!!<br> <br>
