UNPROFESSIONS, UNORGANIZED AND HARASSING

This place is a joke. They call me 7 times a day, even after I just got off the phone with someone 30 minutes ago. There is no direction or order here. After attempting to explain to someone that I have already had this conversation with a consultant, they get aggressive and adamant that there is no record of this on the system - once again, no order. YOUR incompetence, does not constitute an emergency in my life. They have no facts, they are so confused and the SMS's received are an absolute JOKE! Tell me how this is professional: "Ur BOUGHT SBSA CC acc is overdue and needs to be paid urgently!....bal and pmnt arr." PLEEEEEASE!!!! Talk to someone else like we're in the age of BBM - you're a law firm for goodness sake! How am I supposed to take you seriously when you're ridiculously unprofessional? Reporting this company for harassment anyway, these callers think I'm there punching bag.
