Unprofessional & ********* practice

My husband was sequestrated a few years ago and have been rehabilitated in the meantime. His Std bank account was one of the accounts that was part of the sequestration. Now, suddenly after how many years, MBD Attorneys have bought over their books and is now threatening him for payment (for something that was finalized already). He has e-mailed them all his sequestration documents, etc. numerous times and also requested the (very rude) MBD consultants to contact his Lawyer (who attended to the sequestration) for any further assistance/queries - and to stop harassing, threatening and intimidate him. The consultant (Ouma) who phoned him this morning threatened him, stating that she will make sure that the judgement against his name will stay for 30 years.... Is this a joke? Do they think we are idiots? He is going to send all the documentation to them for the last time today. After she has confirmed receipt of the said e-mail, we EXPECT no more phone calls, sms's and any form of correspondence and contact from MBD attorneys. He is also going to lay a formal charge with the Law Society and NCR. He is going to consult with his Lawyer to consider his legal options, should they still contact him after this.
