Unprofessional rude consultants

Me: answers phone Consultant: may I speak to... Me: Is this Mbd? Consultant: Of course Me(shocked): why are Mbd Consultants so rude? Consultant: ukunye? Me(beyond shocked): Are you serious? Ends call
Make this make sense. Do you train them? I was willing to listen to her mara her rudeness blew me off. Such arrogance. I am beyond ****ed
