Unprofessional

I have rude consultants calling me about a virgin active account that I don't even have.... I asked. Them to email me the exact documents about the amount owing but there's nothing... All I get is a bunch of spam sms with links that don't work... I need this resolved immediately... I enter my ID number on site and there's no information that comes up.... They fail to show me a document proving that I owe a certain amount
