Unprofessional, dismissive, and rude !!

I have since received feedback from TFG which is the company running @home stores, they have now responded with the same response that I initially complained about that I should contact MBD legal collections who are of no help as they are also referring back to them since they say they do not have my account anymore. This back and forth is so frustrating. I called the company a couple of times only for their consultants to tell me they cannot assist even though they see my records as they closed the file and sent it back to @home stores.
