Unprofessional conduct on prescribed account by MBD Attorneys

My name is listed on the credit bureau on a prescribed matter. When calling them today, their call centre agents pick up the phones without saying a word or let you hold on for 10 minutes because system is so slow and then tell you to call back in an hour because of the slow system and puts the phone down in your ear. Terrible service. Its two hours later. Still no answer provided on 197230 account number. Email sent regarding this matter from *** but to no avail.
