Unprofessional company
I settled my account and requested a paid up letter and as well the refund.I received an email from a particular person requesting my banking details and proof of payment.Weeks later with no success and response they just ignore my emails.Truelly unprofessional and ********ly minded company that strives on the vulnerability of consumers.
