UNPROFESSIONAL CALL CENTRE PERSONEL

This firm has the most unprofessional call center operators, no manners, cant pronounce names, speak proper English or assist.

I have been harased by numerous phone calls on due to an account related to my late mother. Its not nice to be receiving numerous calls just to get the same request and speaking to the most *********** operators.

This was the case for at least two months u to today that I managed to get a person with some brain cells to give me an email address.

Trust this settles the matter.

Poor on the management
