Unprofessional and unreliable

I have been receiving numerous emails and calls requesting for payment, however payment made as per the arrangement. When calling them the consultants are untrained and unprofessional, and the line keeps on cutting. Email was sent, no reply and the requests has still not been honored to update their system. I have never encountered such problems in my life with an account and all because of MBD that is purely ridiculous in the way business is done.
