Unprofessional and absolute harassment

Look I dont have time writing reviews like this - NOR do i have time to phone MBD 27 times to explain that I dont have any outstanding accounts with them AT ALL!

They start phoning from the 5th of each month (7 times a day different numbers)- they say hello this is being recorded then the phone call drops. if you read the feedback they say the client hanged up. I have been fighting about this for months now. and I am tired. They FORCE you to do Debit orders and MANIPULATE you in settling your accounts immediately - if you say you cant they get upset and rude.

If I phone the lines are terrible and can hardly hear what person is saying - that the one lady told me to f&%$ off. I was beyond furious !!!!!!!!!!!! as i have to take hours out of my busy day to fix MDB admin.

One more phone call and I will take legal steps against MBD.
