Unprofessional

They play with people. The agent doesn't give your feedback after trying to negotaite a discount. They playing with time to get more interest on money owing. When you ask them you want a manager number, they first want to know the reason of your complaint against the agents. I still didn't received any feedback regarding my previous complaint. They can't find the recording where the agent force me to make a commitment. They are very unprofessional. They don't even want to negotiate a beter discount. They want to force you to pay what they want. Other two attorney gave me 80% discount and one gave me to pay it in four equal installments. I tried to call the office by don't get hold off anyone.
