Unprofessional!!

Their call center agents are VERY rude and lazy to cause none of them are actually doing their jobs, you have to repeat the same thing over and over and no one bothers to update their system with the correct detail, service level from them are non existent if you ask for something but just skip a payment then see how quickly they phone you with their unprofessional attitudes! Every time they call me their number appears as "suspected spam" on caller ID so just makes you wonder...........
