UNNECESSARY, FUTILE CALLS
I do not understand the purpose of MBD's telephonic calls - they phone you up to 3 times per day but when you answer nobody speaks and the line drops. I do have a payment arrangement with them in place via a company assisting me with my debt repayments yet they make all of these useless, irritating calls!
