Unnecessary collection
Have been harassed by this company lawyers for years to pay Gems account which I don't owe. I even contacted Gems claims/payment dept to get clarity with them and they confirmed they never requested this company's service regarding that matter. This is not the only account this company is harassing me about and I'm thinking of taking the matter to the law society of S.A
