********ly updating a prescribed debt

I enquired about a debt on my credit profile that keeps on being updated ********ly by MBD. After writing here I was contacted by a Zukiswa Mhlobo/Moyo from MBD LEGAL COLLECTION. She told me the account was handed over back in 2013 by CAPITEC BANK. I asked her to send me proof of that and up until today, I am not getting any response. From what I believe, I do not owe them. Why is that account always being updated while I never spoke to any of your consultants? Why are my emails not being responded to?
