My ID number *** and quote your email - "Last payment received as per attach statement was on the 07.05.2016" Can you still confidently say account not prescribed and collection will continue? Of course not! Now remove this account from my credit bureau profile! I will complain at the Credit Ombud on 15 March if not all credit bureaus will still not be informed and prescription letter not sent to ***
