Unknown taking money from my account

I was handed over to these attorneys for missing two payments, surprisingly i was blacklisted but the fault was with the company i took pots at, now i am unable to access some credits and on top of that i have two years paying but i have never received a statement that shows whats left of me or if im done, i just want them to explain why they have blacklisted me and what procedures where taken and how is it that they take money from my account without providing any statement of payments
