Unjustified Harassment

We have been harassed by these collectors for weeks now. It seems they have someone on their books who gave them completely false details and now we are the target of this totally unprofessional agency. I have called their representatives who are rude, refuses to allow you to pose your questions and then constantly bats the queries away by making irrelevant statements. Once done he just puts the phone down. I tried to make contact with the holding company but then either get put on hold just to have the phone disconnected again or a request to leave a voicemail. Something very fishy about this bunch. I would not recommend their services to anyone and I believe they should be held accountable for this utter lack of professionalism and disregard to the law and associated processes. Be very weary of dealing with companies like these. They are absolutely terrible.
