Unjust harrassment
Please stop phoning me every second evening. Nobody makes an agreement to pay for a TV license until death. I have power of attorney for someone who is incapable due to severe dementia. He has no TV, cannot watch TV. I have sent & resent whatever was asked of me, yet every time they think up something else. This is now ridiculous & has to stop
