UNHELPFUL *********** STAFF

The most *********** staff that does not know how to do their job or they have not been trained accordingly, I am struggling to get a stupid debit order date changed for the past year. NO manager available and no one higher then them to sort out a stupid issue like this. NOT EVEN THE ATTORNEYS IF CALLED WAS INTERESTED IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE. IM JUST REFERED BACK TO THIS USELESS CALL CENTRE.
