Unhappy with MBD
Good day can somebody please advise or help me. I keep getting calls, sms and emails from MBD Regarding an account that I actually are paying and is up to date with payments actually I over pay. Say installment is R450 I pay R500. Now MBD says I owe more because apparently I was handed over to their company to collect the money. The place where I have account at doesn't know about the bill handed over. How do I go about getting MBD of my back. Each time I get called by other person and don't pick up that previous one I already spoke to made note on system
