Unhappy with being handed over to Collections MBD

I am grossly unhappy with the kind of service I have received from Coricraft, in that I have been paying the account no:***000003 and according to me I had to pay the final settlement amount of R2609 this month end and now I get harassing calls from a collections company called MBD and I don't understand why as I have ben apying an average of R2500 towards this account.<br> Can somebody who knows what is going on give me a call, however I refuse to pay for the collections company's fees as I have been keeping my account up to date.<br> <br> I am never ever going to do business with such people.
