Unhappy stressed out

I have been receiving emails and text msgs with threats from this firm,however each time i contact them i get no assistance. I end up leaving msg with voice recorders asking for a callback but nothing then i emailed them requesting same, to no response. This morning i receive another lying threating msg that they have been trying to contact me which is untrue. I feel like a nervous wreck after all their threats and would appreciate contact with an actual human and an apology.
