Unhappy customer with Virgin Active & MBD Debt Collector

A Sales person from Virgin Active visited us at work and convinced us to join Virgin Active in 2016 I completed the form with my details and i told him about my tight finance crisis then i said to him i will the about it he must come the following day for a feedback and then i will be able to sign he never pitch up, I assume that he's not interested.

After +- 6 months i received a call from MBD Debt Collector saying iv 'e been hand over by Virgin Active due to outstanding amount, i said no ways i didn't even sign that contract that was very frustrating i contact Virgin Active to check what happened they said i must speak to the Sales person which i did, We ended up fighting over the phone and then eventually he promise to get the file from MBD to cancel the matter, Waited and waited nothing happened all i can get is calls from MBD threatening me every month, I ask him to send the e-mail to pull out the file from MBD which he did sent e-mail and cc me, but the contract wasn't cancelled till to date, When i call Virgin Active again for follow up they said the guy is no longer with them unfortunately there's nothing they can do for me i must take it up with MBD. Today i had a strange visitor from Network Collector to handover summons which i didn't sign, I ask the gentleman to contact MBD and Virgin Active about the matter, I did share the matter with the gentlemen he promise to contact them, Imagine the embarrassment at work the sheriff giving you documents to sign. That's why i decided to contact you to see if anything that you can help me with.

My frustrations: a) I never put my foot there (Virgin Active) b) There was no feedback at all till to date
