Unhappy customer

This company is very unprofessional and useless. NSFAS gave them a contract to collect payments and the agents keep calling every month, they are rude and unprofessional. They keep calling me and harassing me even though I'm paying. I was paying NSFAS directly before they assigned them for debt collection company and everything was correct
