Unhappy client for Prescription Letter Refusal

They are refusing to give me my prescription letter for a certain account that's settled. Their consultants keeps taking me from pillar to post without any direct help or response. I've tried all communications methods with MBD still no assistance yet they advertise themselves as reliable. That's a lie. .l
