Unhappy client

Im not happy with the service that i received from this soo called MBD Credit solutions, I made an arrangement to settle my account on the 27th August 2020 and which they did collect the settlement amount and promised me that i will receive a paid up letter after 7 working days however to date i havent received anything from them.

On the 31st i called them and they advised that they received my payment and a request was sent to their client service to forward me the paid-up letter but still i havent received anything or just a call to update me of the status of the matter.

Im not a happy client as i need to submit all my information to NCR to update my credit score. Their client service number ring with no answer and their agents cannot even assist me and always referring me to their client service, they **** even transfer my call. I sent an email but even now no feedback or anything received from my side. Im not happy with their service at all
