UNFAIRLY TREATMENT BY MDB CREDIT SOLUTIONS

I have an account that I have been paying through MDB. I was handed over by MTN. Now I am struggling to get paid up letter. If I went to MTN store and they said I must call *** for paid up letter. Imagine this is not a free toll, they keep saying they are going to email it but they never did. Now This will ruin my ITC forever and the worse thing. I want to buy a property but I can't because am stuck with this under my ITC.
