Unfair treatment form MBD INC

I have an account that I have been paying for more than 2 years at MBD. I was handed over by STD Bank. I am struggling to get statements from them, their consultants keep on saying they will email but never got email from them even their sms are just a reminder of I must keep on paying without any balance. Yesterday I called them again speaking to Jabulani who also promised to send statement and now what am I going to do to get their attention is to stop paying. It is not fair at all to pay for 2 full years something that you don't know whether its increasing or decreasing.
