unfair settlement dispute

I called MBD attorneys to request a settlement on acc : ********** ********** 59 which was send to me. The letter indicated that i need to pay with 7 days which wull be on t26 February 2019 which indicated balance of R 862.58 I did not pay in 7 days however on the 1 march prior to me making a payment I also received a call from Allience regarding the same account and I ask them for the balance which they also confirm the same settlement same as of MBD. I told them that I am leasing with MBD. I called MBD on the 1 march 2019 and indicated that I am now ready to settle should I still pay the same amount that was given on the settlement and their agent said yes he must do that. I then paid R 862.58 and emailed the confirmation to Kedibone ( their agent) . A few days later I then receive a call from their agents a again saying there is a balance of amount R R 362 , I then explained to the agent that I have settled the account and she referred me to the manager on duty who inducated that she will send the matter to their settlement division.

just have been receiving calls from their agent and every time I keep on explaining the same thing and I have ask them from date of settlement how I'd say this amount made up of as the account was supposed to be settled and closed.

the amount that still to be going up and no one is willing to accept.

if prior to me settling the matter, if I did not call them is something else and I am asking them go back to your class and listen but no one seems to help.

why should I still have to pay for something that I wanted to settle if I wanted them to keep in charging me I would have still continued to pay them R 150 on a monthly basis however I did not as j wanted to settle the accounts.

an someone please have a look and investigate the matter and close the account and provide me with a settlement letter The agent even told me that they are giving 20 percent discount for get buck account so what is happening here
