Unfair listing

MBD Debt Collection has listed me in connection with an alleged Capfin loan that I believe prescribed in 2023. I have requested the relevant supporting documentation, including the original loan agreement, a full statement of account, and a detailed breakdown of the amount being claimed. However, MBD has failed to provide me with the requested documentation and cost breakdown.
