Unfair handover

Firstly the case they took on was a gym cancelation. The fact that they are stll trying to get money from this is besides me Secondly in one month that no calls and no correspondence was made it went up another R600 plus I sent in a settlement amount to to try clear my name... No response.. The gym called them to try get the matter resolved they did not budge. Debt is about to be prescribed.
