Unfair business practice

I made an arrangement ti settle the accou9the the above debt collecting company after i have ignored them for i finally managed to raise an amt which was provided for me to pay by end of February that was a settlement amt however today its a different story i even owe more than i was owing before.

These people are so *********** and they dont care about us who are trying to settle debts all they enjoy is harassing us and sending manipulative messages i need this account closed pull all the call records and close this account
