Unfair Billing and No statement provided

I have a loan with capitec and has been handed over to MBDCS, I paid monthly instalment ever since but to date I have no idea how much is my balance, I enquired on ITC and notice a balance of R3800 dated 2016/01/14, I called MBDCS office and spoke to a consultant, she gave me a balance of R7152.00 dated 2016/02/18 which I believe is just a *******, I asked for a statement and was told I will only get it next week not even specifying the date.
