********* PRACTICE & HARRASSMENT

I have been harrassed by MBD for over a year now for a debt that they cannot prove. I had a vodacom contract which ended and elected not to renew. Vodacom charged me anyway which I obviously refused to pay and informed them that I no longer have a contract with them. They ignored this and referred it to MBD. I explained the same to MBD but they ignore my side of the story. I have explained telephonically and by email numerous times and to numerous people that I'm being charged for a cancelled contract. I have also asked them what their claim is based on but they don't respond. Instead im bombarded with sms threatening legal action. This firm is ********* and does not follow the proper legal process. I have reported them to the law society.
