********* demand of prescribed debt

I am being harassed by MBD for payment of so-called debts from the NHLS, service dates 20 October 2010 and 13 November 2010. I received the original account for the first time from MBD on 29 September 2015.That is more than 4 years after the service dates, in fact it is nearly 5 years since the service dates.<br> This is the first time I have seen this account. The so-called debts therefore prescribed in 20 October 2013 and 13 November 2013. According to the new National Credit Act amendment of 13 March 2015 it is ******* for a company to contact a consumer and demand payment of a prescribed debt. <br> Kindly refrain from bothering me about this.<br> <br> I am not a customer of MBD attorneys, despite what the Hello Peter online form tries to force me to say.<br>
