********* behaviour

MDB act *********ly on behalf of a number of different companies including Standard Bank, Virgin Active and SABC TV Licenses. They have clerical errors and refuse to take ownership when they realise that they are calling the wrong person. They dont cease calling and texting the wrong person nor with the supervisors (Ashleigh and Boikanyo) escalate an issue when requesting to speak to a manager.

The text are worded in such a way to entice a client to call them with the offer off discounts off their membership fees etc. They dont claim to be debit collectors and this is misleading and disgusting to say the least.

The absolutely disregard for a person to resolve an issue when they have clerical issues is disgusting and they dont care for sanity of people. They are pure sharks.

They "purchase" these debts from companies like Standard Bank and Virgin Active and then when you query where they got the incorrect information from they bite the very same hand that feeds them.

14 days to remove incorrect details from the system is unacceptable! They have the wrong details and these can be proven should be removed immediately from the system.

Dont trust and validate any details with these sharks as it will only end you up in a mental asylu.

And on a very serious note both Nonhlanhla and Ashleigh have both failed to protect the personal information of the actual person that is in debt. They have both violated the POPI act as they have disclosed personal information i.e. full name and ID number to a myself. How can this "attorney" be considered legal if they fail to even abide by the basic laws of this country.
