<p>I have sudedenly started receiving very unprofessional & threatening messages from a firm called MBD Attorneys demanding I open a debit account 2 pay a Vodacom Debt. i DONT HAV A vODACOM ACCOUNT & i OWE THAT CO NOTHING! I presued the Internet & found that the culprits are the notorious Attorneys Munnik Basson & DaGama who have had numerous consumer complaint posts about ********* behaviour & have been reported to the Law society, but who are known to be very lethargic to act against errant Attorneys. Apparently MBD are vexatious "securitisation" operators who puchase long prescribed debt books from Companies & proceed to bully the public for payments without the slightest interrogation of the validility thereof. They dont even address me by my name on their SMS's. Many gullible Consumers are bul**** and just pay up. Consumers beware and dont allow such Bully_Boy operators to flourish ! Ignore them & they will go away as they dont have grounds if debt has prescribed. Pay debts but dont be bul**** by rogues !</p>
