<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p><br />My account was added over to you without any prior notification that there was anything wrong with it. Once handed over I did not receive any account statement.</p> <p> <br />I then found out that my account was in areas and have made multiple attempts on receiving a statement in order for me to pay and close this account. However I have been waiting three weeks since my last attempt for an email to be sent. Instead your staff insists on my committing to a payment date. To me this is absurd as how can I make a commitment when I don't know how much and to whom I'm paying. That being said the account is increasing by the day, which I believe is *********. I am suppose to only take your word that this is the amount being sucked out of your thumb. </p> <p><br />This is why people don't trust attorneys. I hope that someone competent will be in touch as I will not be paying any additional costs, because you are incapable of at the very least sending an email with an account</p> <p> <br />Extremely upset (As I can't use other words)</p>
